The Boat

SV Wolf is an Optima 92 from the German shipyard Dehler. She was built in 1976 and has a 31 ft or 9.2 m length.

Back in the day, sail yachts were built much more sturdy than most of today’s shipyards do, and especially the Optima 92 boats are known among German and Dutch sailors as extremely sturdy and robust, seaworthy boats. If you want a bit more action she also can do that and is pretty fast for a cruising boat and is especially well designed for solo sailors. Under deck, she offers space for up to five people to sleep, has a propan stove, a wet room, and pretty much everything you need.
